Since 1985, when founding partner Eric F. Yuhl first branched out from his years as a defense attorney at Lillick, McHose and Charles, Yuhl Carr LLP has faithfully represented Plaintiffs in a variety of complex matters involving catastrophic personal injury, employment, mass tort, and product liability cases.  Managing partner Christopher P. Yuhl joined his brother in 1992 after 5 years in defense work, to embark on a 35-year Plaintiff’s practice that built on the firm’s reputation for excellence in litigation and trial work. 

Joining the Yuhl firm in 1995 was seasoned veteran partner James P. Carr, along with skilled litigators Tyler J. Barnett, and Colin A. Yuhl in the decades to follow who grew the firm’s reputation and success in achieving multi-million-dollar settlements. We are proud to also thank and recognize our “of counsel” partner Michael Martinez, a dynamic employment trial attorney, along with our irreplaceable senior paralegal Shawnee Ellington who manages to take care of every client and firm need imaginable.  

Lastly, it must be said that none of our success could have happened without the 40-year career of our Executive Assistant Emeritus, Susan Ceglarski,  who was brave enough to take a chance with Eric in 1985 after relocating from Boston, and gradually took on the rewarding job of working for three Yuhl boys over the last four decades.  Susan is deeply admired by all of us and remains an invaluable member of our firm family.
